Last year, in the first quarter, I had the chance to participate in a ADN Le Shift lunch on new forms of spirituality. ADN lunches are special moments where a dozen people gather around a journalist and Adrien de Blanzy, in his warm premises in the 4th arrondissement. Transformed into a reception room for a few hours, these cozy and welcoming premises become the scene of deep reflections and enriching discussions, all around a vegetarian menu.
That day, arriving early, I met Maureen, a newcomer to this lunch format. From the first minutes, an obvious connection was established between us. Even before we sat down to eat, we were already exchanging enthusiastically and complicitly on various subjects. The meal was an opportunity to strengthen this bond, and a few weeks later, we met to discuss her project in mind: creating a Club de l’Audace.
After several exchanges and discussions, the project began to take shape. With Laurent Daufès, we decided to co-build an innovative training course. This course, made up of around ten meetings, mainly online, brought together around fifteen participants, employees ready to develop their leadership. We gamified and scripted the experiences, and the online meetings were paced like digital choreographies, alternating between large groups, small groups, intrigues and resolutions.
The commitment of the participants was palpable, and the individual and collective transformations took place naturally and smoothly. Building on this success, we decided to repeat the experience with another device: the Reboot, intended for managers. This new format pushed even further the scripting, the exploration of new formats and the creation of emotions. With Laurent, our motivation within our startup lies in stealth learning: how to create offbeat experiences where we play, where we feel good, and above all, where we learn differently.
This quest for innovation in learning methods and pedagogical approaches gives me immense joy and boundless enthusiasm. Each new client problem is an opportunity to find a tailor-made, creative and effective system. The results are promising: a strengthened management community, ready to face present and future changes.
This ADN Le Shift lunch was much more than just a meal. It was the starting point of an exciting and transformative adventure, highlighting the importance of meetings, exchanges and innovation in personal and professional development. The Audacity Club was born from this chance encounter, and it continues to reason, inspiring and transforming those who are part of it.
