Une bulle hors du temps, fragile et unique
Une bulle hors du temps, fragile et unique

For the past year, I have been engaged in an incredible adventure with Emma Noguchi, a training partner. Together, we applied to the u.lab 2x program offered by MIT and the Presencing Institute, founded by Otto Scharmer, one of my mentors for ten years. To our great joy, we were selected, and from January to May, we formed a group of eight facilitator coaches. Every week, we met to follow the u.lab 2x program and to consolidate our shared adventure.

What an adventure it was! We iterated the u.lab tools to create the conditions conducive to the emergence and awareness of oneself, one's ecosystem and our relationships with others. This approach allowed us to deeply explore our own practices and enrich them through exchanges with the group.

To top off the year, after several iterations conducted at certain clients and online with more or less close accomplices, we organized a week of events last week. Four circles in French, four circles in English – and yes, the team is international! The participants were surprised to discover a sensitive device where collective intelligence is truly present. Together, we explored practices of deep listening, empathy, resonance and generative dialogue, even including moments of silence. It was beautiful, rejuvenating, and it felt like an early Christmas present.

These circles were an opportunity to take a step back and reflect on our learnings and ambitions for the coming year. Seeds are already present, and we are looking for contexts where we can deploy these regenerating, easy times with strength and impact. We are not looking to solve problems, but to create a connection with ourselves, with others, and to take a step back from our situations and systems, while daring to imagine changes.

My Indian master speaks of two wings to fly in life, and these types of meetings nourish our sensitive wing. Without shocking anyone, we make room for little-discussed topics that nevertheless do a lot of good. The feedback has been rave, and this reinforces our idea that for 2025 and beyond, we will have specific offers and support.

Until then, these experiences infuse all my practices. These circles of resonance, these moments of deep connection and collective exploration, have been an immense source of inspiration. They demonstrate that, even in times of crisis, it is possible to create spaces of positive transformation, regeneration and collective innovation. It is an adventure that I am eager to continue to share and develop.
